Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 22 AUG 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Bob Ross start preparing IBISCHK 7.2.1 Parser Development Contract (6 bug fixes)
   done


New ARs:
 - Bob will send the draft parser contract to SAE for legal review


Discussion:
a.	Review draft2 IBISCHK7.2.1 Parser Contract
Bob shared a draft2 (draft1 shared by email). Randy and Lance noticed some
minor typos to fix in draft2. 

Regarding the fix for BUG239, Randy was not sure if the caution message should
be only one message for one or more Interconnect Model Sets not referenced by
an Interconnect Model Group or a message for each instance of floating 
Interconnect Model Sets. It was decided to issue a single caution message for 
one or more floating Interconnect Model Sets.

Regarding BUG245, there was discussion about whether the suggested message 
text was complete.  Text was added to indicate that two messages could be 
issued if possible.

Bob took the AR to send the parser contract draft to SAE for legal review [AR]

b. Quality Specification and checklist spreadsheet review
   No discussion.
   
c. Comments on IBIS Quality Specification Version 3.0 Draft10
   No discussion.
